You create an online account with no cost and no obligations. When your patients need ECG test, you can order the test from your online dashboard. We send the ECG kit to the patient’s home by mail. The patient completes the test with easy to use electrode and wireless recorder. Upon completion, the ECG is sent to the cloud, and the recorder is mailed back. You can review the results instantly, and send a copy of the final report to the patient right from the online dashboard.

Xpress ECG Steps

When you order Xpress ECG for your patient, your office can bill the collection and interpretation of ECG data using CPT code 99091. Depending on the patient’s medical conditions and insurance, additional RPM codes such as 99490 and 99457 may also be billed, with altogether >$100 reimbursement.

99091 Description: Collection and interpretation of physiologic data (e.g., ECG, blood pressure, glucose monitoring) digitally stored and/or transmitted by the patient and/or caregiver to the physician or other qualified health care professional, qualified by education, training, licensure/regulation (when applicable) requiring a minimum of 30 minutes of time.
